All designs, mock-ups, concepts, artwork, product styling, photographs, branding, wording, and website content created by Frankie Loves Ivy remain the intellectual property of Frankie Loves Ivy.

Customers may not:

• Copy or reproduce our designs

• Recreate our products with another supplier

• Use our mock-ups, concepts, or artwork for external manufacturing

• Save, share, alter, or distribute our designs without written permission

• Copy website wording, images, layouts, or branding

Any mock-ups, previews, or bespoke concepts provided by Frankie Loves Ivy are for approval purposes only and remain the property of Frankie Loves Ivy unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to refuse service or take action where copying, imitation, or misuse of our intellectual property is suspected.

All Frankie Loves Ivy designs and mock-ups remain our intellectual property and may not be copied, recreated, or used with other suppliers.
