As all of our products are bespoke and personalised, please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Processing Times

All items are made to order and personalised specifically for each customer.

Our standard processing time is typically:

  • 7–10 working days

Please note that processing times may vary during:

  • Busy periods

  • School holidays

  • Seasonal events

  • Large or custom orders

Production times begin once:

  • Payment has been received

  • All personalisation details have been submitted

  • Design mock-ups (where applicable) have been approved

Delays in approving mock-ups may delay dispatch times.

2. Shipping Methods

We currently ship throughout the UK using trusted delivery partners.

Shipping options and pricing will be shown at checkout.

Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed.

Frankie Loves Ivy is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Postal or courier services

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs delays

  • Strikes or transport disruptions

  • Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer

4. Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is correct before placing an order.

If an incorrect address is supplied:

  • We cannot guarantee replacement or refund

  • Additional shipping charges may apply if parcels are returned to us

5. Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Please allow reasonable additional time for couriers during busy periods before reporting an item as lost.

6. Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the packaging and product

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer:

  • A replacement

  • A repair

  • A refund at our discretion

7. Personalised & Bespoke Orders

As all items are personalised and made specifically to order:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind

  • Customers are responsible for checking spelling, names, colours, and details before approving designs

Please ensure all information submitted is correct before production begins.
