Welcome to Frankie Loves Ivy.
These Wholesale Terms & Conditions apply to all wholesale, bulk, trade, event, corporate, and reseller orders placed with Frankie Loves Ivy.

By placing a wholesale order, you agree to the following terms.

1. Wholesale Eligibility

Wholesale pricing is available for:

  • Retail businesses

  • Event companies

  • Corporate gifting

  • Party stylists

  • Hospitality businesses

  • Schools and organisations

  • Approved resellers

Frankie Loves Ivy reserves the right to refuse wholesale applications at our discretion.

2. Minimum Order Quantities

Minimum order quantities may apply depending on the product type.

Wholesale pricing is only available on qualifying bulk orders.

Custom quotations may be provided for larger or bespoke projects.

3. Payment Terms

All wholesale orders require:

  • Full payment upfront unless otherwise agreed in writing

  • Payment before production begins

For larger orders, a non-refundable deposit may be required to secure production slots and materials.

Orders will not enter production until payment has cleared.

4. Production Times

Wholesale orders are made to order and may require longer production times than standard retail purchases.

Estimated production times will be confirmed before production begins.

Delays may occur during:

  • Peak seasons

  • High-volume periods

  • Delays in artwork approvals

Frankie Loves Ivy is not liable for delays caused by approval delays or factors outside our control.

5. Design Approvals

Mock-ups and proofs may be provided before production.

Customers are responsible for carefully checking:

  • Spelling

  • Colours

  • Sizes

  • Artwork placement

  • Personalisation details

Approval of mock-ups confirms acceptance of the final design.

Frankie Loves Ivy is not responsible for customer-approved errors.

6. Bespoke & Personalised Orders

All wholesale products are bespoke and made to order.

Due to the personalised nature of our products:

  • Wholesale orders are non-refundable

  • Returns and exchanges are not accepted unless items are faulty or incorrect due to our error

Minor variations may occur between batches due to the handmade and customised nature of products.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery costs will be quoted separately unless otherwise agreed.

Customers are responsible for supplying correct delivery information.

Frankie Loves Ivy is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Couriers

  • Customs

  • Weather

  • Incorrect addresses

  • Events outside our control

Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery.

8. Product Safety & Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring products are suitable for their intended audience and use.

Adult supervision is recommended for products containing:

  • Small parts

  • Decorative accessories

  • Sweets or edible items

Products may not be suitable for children under 3 years old unless stated otherwise.

9. Reselling & Branding

Wholesale customers may resell Frankie Loves Ivy products unless otherwise agreed.

However:

  • Frankie Loves Ivy designs, images, and branding remain our intellectual property

  • Products may not be copied, reproduced, or manufactured elsewhere using our designs

  • Customers may not claim Frankie Loves Ivy designs as their own original work

10. Intellectual Property

All artwork, branding, product concepts, photography, website content, and designs remain the property of Frankie Loves Ivy.

Unauthorised copying or reproduction is prohibited.

Customers submitting logos or artwork confirm they own or have permission to use that content.

11. Limitation of Liability

Frankie Loves Ivy shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Loss of profits

  • Delayed delivery outside our control

  • Customer-approved design errors

Our liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the wholesale order.

12. Changes to Wholesale Terms

We reserve the right to update these Wholesale Terms & Conditions at any time without notice.

The latest version will always be available on our website.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
