2. Orders

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

Once your order is placed, you may receive:

  • An order confirmation email

  • A design mock-up for approval (where applicable)

Customers are responsible for checking all:

  • Spellings

  • Dates

  • Colours

  • Personalisation details
    before approving designs.

Frankie Loves Ivy cannot be held responsible for errors approved by the customer.

3. Personalised Products

As our products are bespoke and personalised:

  • Colours, placement, and finishes may vary slightly

  • Handmade items may contain small imperfections

  • Product photos are for guidance only

By submitting personalised content, you confirm that:

  • You own or have permission to use uploaded images or wording

  • Your content does not infringe copyright, trademarks, or intellectual property rights

We reserve the right to refuse inappropriate or copyrighted content.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in GBP (£).

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.

Delivery charges are calculated separately at checkout unless otherwise stated.

5. Payment

Payments must be made in full before production begins.

We accept secure payment methods provided through our website, including third-party payment providers.

Frankie Loves Ivy does not store full payment card details.

6. Production & Delivery

Estimated production times are provided as guidance only.

Typical production times may vary depending on:

  • Product type

  • Order size

  • Seasonal demand

  • Approval delays

Customers are responsible for providing correct delivery information.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Couriers

  • Incorrect addresses

  • Weather conditions

  • Postal disruptions

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the bespoke and personalised nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.

This includes:

  • Personalised names

  • Custom colours

  • Bespoke designs

  • Made-to-order items

  • Customer-requested themes or artwork

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, personalised and custom-made items are exempt from the standard 14-day return policy.

However, if your item arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Faulty

  • Incorrect due to our error

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the issue

Where appropriate, we may offer:

  • A replacement

  • A repair

  • A partial or full refund at our discretion

Customers are responsible for carefully checking all spelling, wording, colours, and design approvals before production begins. Frankie Loves Ivy cannot be held responsible for customer-approved errors.

Orders may only be cancelled before production has started.

Once personalised work or production has begun, cancellations cannot be accepted.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, product designs, images, branding, and artwork created by Frankie Loves Ivy remain the intellectual property of Frankie Loves Ivy unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

10. Product Safety

Adult supervision is recommended where products contain:

  • Small parts

  • Decorative gems

  • Sweets

  • Accessories

Some products may not be suitable for children under 3 years old.

Customers are responsible for ensuring products are appropriate for their intended use.

11. Limitation of Liability

Frankie Loves Ivy shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect losses

  • Delays outside our control

  • Customer spelling or approval errors

  • Minor variations in handmade or personalised items

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the order.
